Four Seasons On The Gulf

Pros: The location is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The two balconies are spacious. Although super dated, the condo was very clean when we arrived. Cons: This place is the classic pig with lipstick. 1985 called—they want their appliances and furniture back. The mattress is laughable and the bedroom ceiling fan is too noisy to leave on. (Probably just needs to be balanced.) No ADA accommodations anywhere? (How is that legal?) Also super annoying that the (tiny) pool is never opened in time (11) due to maintenance. Maybe start the maintenance an hour earlier and open the pool according to the signage? Or change the signage? Mini blinds are super cheap and several are broken. Toilet clogged/slow upon arrival…”yes they are aware.” Cigarette burns in chairs and carpet. Nasty carpet stains. If I were the actual Four Seasons I’d sue these guys for name/brand infringement—no way they are affiliated. Honestly embarrassed for the property manager—obvious that the owner(s) have no interest in upkeep or maintenance or providing a quality customer lodging experience. Also the street is super noisy late at night…all in all not the best choice for a relaxing and restful beach stay.

The rooms are older and dirty. The kitchen cabinet doors just hung open. Lots of stains on the carpet. Very disappointing. I told the office, but it fell on deaf ears. When you check out, the balance isn't correct,so fees and taxes were added on instead beforehand. Very disappointing they offered a discount on the next time we stay. Not a solution to the problem.

I've been here several times and really enjoyed myself. The view and access is beautiful with plenty attractions near by ESPECIALLY THE GULF OF MEXICO. All I have to say is as a loyal customer is they were in the middle of remodeling but as a parent they need to include safety chains and weather strip thedoors. Also, it's time to change those mattresses. They are indeed clean but I only wanna hear myself and don't want the kiddos hearing me. Overall, it's GREAT THERE!

Do not stay here! Yes the beach is tempting but it's not worth the headache. Our bathroom felt like it was going to fall through after a shower, once we went downstairs the ceiling was leaking everywhere and they are aware of the problem as it looks like many "patch work" fixes were tried. The whole couch and floor are soaked. The whole place needs a major update. It's not very clean. Bed is very uncomfortable. The place has no insulation so you hear everything on the busy road outside your window. I got tricked because of the good reviews, make sure you dont!!!!
